Walks may start up to 30 minutes earlier than listed, times are correct to September 2012 but may alter if tidal channels changes over the winter/spring period 2013. It should be noted there have been major channel changes which may result in some of the walks advertised from Hest Bank to Grange over Sands starting at Silverdale or terminating at Flookburgh or Arnside. Cost of walks -adults £9 children £5 includes return transport The walks are 9 miles and cross fast running water, only those of reasonable fitness should attempt the walk. Return transport to Hest Bank is provided on most walks.
